Simply put, Patreon makes it possible for Acorn to Arabella to produce weekly videos. With reliable income, we are able to work entirely on building the boat and filming, plus we can plan for expenses and save for big-ticket items as we approach building out the interior of the boat.
Annual Membership
It’s possible, rather than having a recurring monthly payment, to have a recurring yearly payment. You’ll be presented that option when you sign up… and you’ll be a part of launching this boat!
2023 New Tiers
We’ve put some sparkle on the membership tiers in 2023. Live Q&A sessions, 30+ hours of Live Archive to binge, and finding your name in the credits are just a few of the ways we’re saying thank you.
If you’ve considered supporting us in the past but hesitated, know that it’s our Patrons who launched this boat and make it possible to see videos of what’s next.
Patreon is the hat passed around the bar for the band. It’s the honor box in your neighbor’s driveway on the table full of garden-fresh zucchini they’re selling. You could listen for free or abscond with the zucchini (maybe they’d thank you). Similarly, we believe these videos should be free to all and that paying for them be something you can choose to do when and if you’re able. It’s worked so far. We hope you become a part of that magic.

Members can access account details and review tier membership by visiting Acorn to Arabella’s profile on Patreon and selecting the “My membership” tab. You’ll see what tier you’re in and the others that are available.
Tiers and Rewards
Tiers offer the opportunity to get a gift of thanks. You can pledge whatever you’d like, of course. Does the number 12 mean something special to you? Sign up for the $5 per month tier, you’ll have a chance to set the total to $12 per month.
$1: An electronic thank you, sent with deep gratitude.
$5: You’ll receive an invitation every month to our Live from the Boat Shed Q&A sessions, plus we’ll send you a lovely postcard picture of Arabella in the mail.
$15: Once you join, you’ll have instant access to over 14 hours of the Live from the Boat Shed archive, invitations every month to the Q&A, and a note of thanks.
$20: We’ll put together a package for you with a hat (blue or white cap, or wool winter hat?), some stickers, and you’ll get the monthly invitations and the archive access.
$35: Get the gear pack: A hat (cap or wool hat?), double-walled stainless coffee cup (silver or black?), stickers, and a pin with your invitations to the live Q&A and instant access to the Live Archive.
$50: We’re going to put your name (first name, last initial) in the closing credits of our video.
